What is Reiki? Reiki
is an ancient Japanese technique for relaxation which also
promotes healing. Reiki energy is universal life force energy,
or chi, and it can be sent to you wherever you are. It boosts
your own chi. Reiki typically feels very calming and centering,
and it also may feel warm, cool, tingly...or you may not
sense it at all. WhenI send you a Reiki treatment, I send it
with instructions to arrive at a time of day chosen by you, and/or
whenever your body needs it.
Many Reiki practicioners offer
multiple, consecutive Reiki treatments to clients. This
is done for two reasons: one is that it invites increasing wellness
over time (and often brings miraculous healing), and the
other is that it invites deep changes in habits.
How does
Reiki work with a Reading? No matter how much or
how little you may feel the Reiki as it arrives, it does
connect with and assist your emotional, physical, mental
and spiritual selves in integrating the Reading. As a Reiki
Master and Karuna Reiki Practicioner, I utilize a diverse
array of fine-tuned techniques to customize your Reiki treatments.
They will gently invite your whole self to embrace your new
directions. Since Reiki is sent to your higher self for the
highest good, you don't have to "do" anything special; your higher
self will take the energy if and when it needs. Simply let
the healing energy come to you for 21 days, supporting healthy
