Sarah Root has
spent her life inviting radiance and alignment ~ in order to help
illuminate the highest in others. Naturally connected with the sacred,
she is renowned as an insightful facilitator of spiritual growth, and a
clear energy worker and
intuitive. Her passion is connecting people to sacred inner and outer
nature. Sarah’s upbringing nurtured this, as she was raised in the
country to be deeply attuned to the Earth. She currently lives on 100
acres of northeastern forest.
Earth and Nature.
Sarah has spent over 30 years inspiring people to connect with the
Earth. People love to be with Sarah outdoors, where she is bright-eyed,
inspiring and passionate about the beauty of each nature being.
As an elemental soul, Sarah has always felt most at home in nature,
connecting with the nature spirits and reading the energies of the
land. She became an excellent naturalist at an early age, earned a
Masters in
Ecology, and taught both children and college students. Her favorite
moments have always been the heart connection – the “ah-ha!” sense of
wonder. Drawn beyond environmental and adventure education into the
realm of spiritual connection with Earth, Sarah claimed her true
calling with her Earth Wisdom offerings in 2009/2010. This was inspired
and informed by
her shamanic training with John P. Milton, Brooke Medicine Eagle and
Kristine Kearns since 1996.
Workshop
Facilitation. A gifted facilitator of transformational
experiences, Sarah is sensitive, clear and gentle. She has led hundreds
of innovative self-discovery workshops with people of all ages since
1984. Her work has been done independently and in collaboration with
colleges, schools, retreat centers, Outward Bound and Project
Adventure, Inc. Sarah’s interest is helping others discover their own
inner potential, especially spiritually, through immersion experiences.
She is known for her wholly empowering approach. She trained with
Circlework Institute and Empowerment Institute, and for years was a
National Certified Trainer of Adventure Based Counseling for Project
Adventure, Inc. Her intuitive abilities help her connect clearly with
each participant.
Energy Work.
Since 1994, Sarah has pursued diverse energy training and is skilled,
intuitive and gentle as an energy worker. A double Reiki Master, she
practices and teaches Usui and Karuna Reiki. Sarah has kept pace with
the development of new, high-vibration energy modalities by becoming a
Rising Star Practitioner in 2009. Additional training in Rainbow Reiki
and Quantum Touch deepen Sarah’s unique approach to energy healing. In
2010, she began channeling the unique Nature Attunements from the
Masters and Shining Ones.
Intuitive.
Sarah’s readings are uplifting, gentle and empowering for clients, and
they provide an unusually rich imagery. Her natural intuitive skills
(she has been channeling nature beings all her life) were greatly
amplified in 2006 by direct work with the Masters during personal
meditation. She is a merged channel of many Light Beings, with a
special direct connection with Pan and the nature spirits. Over twenty
years of Buddhist meditation with Insight Meditation Society provides a
strong base and expansive approach for Sarah’s intuitive work.
