How will my attunement feel?
Each person is on a different path through life and will receive from the attunement what they need to receive at the time. Depending on the state of your body, mind and spirit at the time, and how much energy awareness you possess, you may have a wide variety of experiences. The energy is spiritually guided not by us, but by a greater intelligence – so what we want to happen may not happen. However these energies can do no harm and they always help, often at subtle levels below our usual awareness.

What does it mean to “raise my vibration”?
Everything is made of energy. Your physical body is infused with an energy system (chakras, meridians and channels) and is surrounded by energy bodies representing our mental, emotional and spiritual selves. Your thoughts, feelings and beliefs are also made of energy. The entire energy system in this bio-field is visible with infrared light. Your bodies, thoughts and feelings vibrate with measurable life force energy. They are literally “tuned up” to vibrate at a higher frequency when you receive an attunement. When you vibrate at higher levels, you can manage to hold a finer awareness, higher levels of thinking, and a thus a more expansive consciousness. You experience an expanded understanding of how to live life, and greater overall wellness because your entire self remembers its natural healed state. Conversely, stress, fatigue, fears, etc. cause lower vibrations and reduce your awareness and wellness. Do I need to be a Reiki Practitioner or Energy Worker?
No, the Energy Attunements for Alignment are appropriate for anyone. It can be helpful to have some knowledge of and experience with energy work, but it is not necessary.

Will I experience any discomfort?
Your body and energy system may need to adjust to the higher vibration. Some people feel very little, while others may have a temporary/mild physical or emotional reaction and go through a cleansing process. This is very positive; remember that while western medicine tends to treat symptoms, holistic healing treats the root cause. Allow time for blockages to be released. It is helpful to imagine the old “stuff” departing on your breath as you blow out repeatedly; and especially to repeatedly affirm in your own words, the new with which you wish to replace the old. It will enhance your overall wellness to release whatever is brought up for release. Often this all occurs at a subtle level.ten this all occurs at a subtle level.

How do I order and receive my attunement?
Make your payment with the buttons below. Within 24 hours you will receive an email with a request for the day/date you wish to receive this attunement, and instructions for activating the attunement. You will also receive a Manual and Certificate in PDF format.
The attunement is created and placed in the sacred space of an energized Chi Ball.  It contains your session, which will be available to you whenever you wish to receive it. Typically Sarah is able to complete all attunements within 24 hours.
