Reiki is an ancient Japanese technique for relaxation that also promotes healing. Reiki energy is universal life force energy, or chi, and it boosts your own life force. Reiki typically feels very calming and centering, and it also may feel warm, cool, tingly...or you may not sense it at all. No matter how much you feel it, Reiki promotes integration of your emotional, physical, mental and spiritual selves. It is my pleasure to offer Reiki Treatments in the form of
in-person treatments, distance treatments, and/or Reiki integrated
with an intuitive reading. Reiki is your birthright. Give yourself
a lifelong tool for wellness and for helping others by taking Reiki Classes. Classes include Usui
(classical) Reiki and Karuna Reiki, at all levels. See below for class

TREATMENTS IN PERSON Reiki is “energy medicine” for your body, mind and spirit; it gently invites alignment and healing on all levels. A typical treatment lasts an hour or more, and many clients come regularly for a tune-up. I utilize a diverse array of fine-tuned techniques to customize your Reiki treatments, including Usui Reiki, Karuna Reiki and Rainbow Reiki Body of Light. DESCRIPTION OF CLASSES Reiki Level I Class: Learn the history and basics of Reiki, and receive an attunement that brings Reiki into your own hands for treatment of self and others. One day, $120 (students $60). Reiki Level II Class: Increase the strength and depth of your Reiki tenfold with three symbols and many new techniques for creating powerful Reiki treatments. One day, $200 (students $100). Reiki Level III Class: Become a Reiki Master Practicioner. Gain an expanded connection with Source with a wonderful, personally-empowering symbol, Reiki meditations and several new ways to utilize Reiki. One day, $300 (students $150). Reiki Level IV Class: Become a Reiki Master Teacher. Explore how to teach and attune others using three new symbols, discussion of teaching ethics, plenty of practice, and a stronger connection with Reiki guides. Two days, $600 (students $300). Your

Karuna Reiki -- Karuna
Reiki Level I
& II Class: Add to your Reiki by using eight
new symbols to foster compassion, love, balance and
cellular-level healing in your clients. Karuna Reiki
invokes many
spirit guides and is very specific while also being very deep and

II Class is open to anyone with Usui Reiki Level 3. Karuna
Reiki Master
Class: Gain Levels I & II, as well as master
symbols and techniques for use as a Karuna Reiki
Master Teacher. Open
to Usui Reiki Masters who
have been practicing at the Master level for at least a year. Two days,
$500 ($250 students). DISTANCE REIKI
I received the Reiki Attunement last night, and this morning I woke up
singing. Reiki Treatments can be sent to you wherever you are. All you need to do is get quiet and be in a receptive or prayerful state for the length of the treatment. Many clients feel deep relaxation and deep energy shifts; others are aware of more subtle shifts. Reiki Healing Attunements can be sent also. They can address a particular issue that needs healing – physical, spiritual, emotional – with a powerful and gentle attunement which clears the chakras. Working with affirmations along with the Healing Attunement is a way of creating intentional change.
