TREATMENTS IN PERSON

Reiki is “energy medicine” for your body, mind and spirit; it gently invites alignment and healing on all levels.  A typical treatment lasts an hour or more, and many clients come regularly for a tune-up.  I utilize a diverse array of fine-tuned techniques to customize your Reiki treatments, including Usui Reiki, Karuna Reiki and Rainbow Reiki Body of Light. These techniques can help bring you back to a path of overall wellness.

REIKI  READINGS

A Reiki Alignment Reading provides empowering affirmations and practical tips for moving forward in your life. It gives your energy a boost so that you have the necessary clarity and stamina. A Reiki Alignment Reading literally clears out the old and invites the new. It raises your vibration….and helps you keep it there!

DESCRIPTION OF CLASSES

-- Standard Usui Reiki --

Reiki Level I Class: Learn the history and basics of Reiki, and receive an attunement that brings Reiki into your own hands for treatment of self and others. There will be plenty of time to practice using Reiki on both yourself and others. Mixture of discussion, guided meditation, practice and lecture. The primary focus of Reiki Level I is on self-healing, although you will be able to treat others too. This attunement tends to clear the energy fields of each student, opening them to receive the Reiki, and invites self-healing. Open to anyone. Fee is $140 (students $70).

Reiki Level II Class: Feel your Reiki come alive! Increase its strength and depth tenfold with three symbols and many new techniques for creating powerful Reiki treatments. You will receive a deeper attunement that will empower and strengthen your Reiki by opening more "channels" to receive the energy. Reiki II invites a greater emphasis on treating others and provides ways to focus the energy strongly for specific functions. The symbols will invite power, mental/emotional calm, or the ability to send energy across distance. Open to anyone with Reiki Level I who is ready to deepen and strengthen their practice. Fee is $200 (students $100).

Reiki Level III Class: Become a Reiki Master Practitioner. This 6-hour class fosters a profound personal connection to the divine and raises you to the Master level. Reiki Level III strengthens the energy and effects of your Reiki by connecting you to “the Master within”; the source of Reiki. Students say it's "like coming home – like the Reiki is all around and through me now". They often experience a sense of well-being, harmony, peace and fullness from the class.

You will receive a deep attunement and new techniques to broaden the scope of your Reiki practice. The Master Practitioner symbol strengthens all other symbols, raises your vibration, and promotes faster healing. You will also learn some new Reiki meditations to enhance your energy systems, and several new ways to utilize Reiki with crystals, the Earth, and the aura. Included are special meditations to connect you with your spirit guides and with the spirit of nature. As always, there will be plenty of time to share questions about your Reiki journey and practice new techniques on the table, in addition to the usual lecture and meditation/reflection.    Open to anyone with Reiki Level II who is ready for this next step in their personal Reiki journey. Fee is $300 (students $150).

Reiki Level IV Class: Become a Reiki Master Teacher. Explore how to teach and attune others using three new symbols. This class reviews all levels of Reiki classes and includes discussion of teaching ethics and practice as well as plenty of table time and practice giving attunements. Learn to provide special healing attunements too. Special meditations provide a stronger connection with Reiki guides, and awaken your soul chakras. Open to anyone with Reiki Level III who is interested in even deeper attunements and symbols, and/or who feels ready to teach. Fee is $600 (students $300).

-- Karuna Reiki  --

Karuna Reiki will open up a whole new world to experienced Reiki students. It is a very gentle, powerful, and penetrating system of Reiki that is a perfect compliment to classical Usui Reiki. It will activate your Lightbody and "tune you up a notch" to a higher energy frequency. Karuna's eight new symbols foster cellular-level healing, peace, karmic release, grounding, balance and more in your clients. Karuna Reiki Level I & II Class: Includes eight treatment symbols, two attunements, and plenty of hands-on practice with the Karuna energy and methods. Open to anyone who has had Usui Reiki Level III for about 6 months, and/or who feels ready for a major tune-up and expansion of techniques. Fee for two days $600 ($300 students).

Karuna Reiki Master Class: Gain Karuna Levels I & II, as well as new master symbols. Practice with the treatment symbols and learn to do Karuna attunements in order to become   a Karuna Reiki Master Teacher. Open to Usui Reiki Masters who have been practicing at the Master level for at least a year. Fee for two days, $600 ($300 students). If you have taken Karuna I&II already, the Master class is one day, $200 ($100 students).

DISTANCE REIKI ~

          I received the Reiki Attunement last night, and this morning I woke up singing.

Reiki Treatments can be sent to you wherever you are. All you need to do is get quiet and be in a receptive or prayerful state for the length of the treatment. Many clients feel deep relaxation and deep energy shifts; others are aware of more subtle shifts.

Reiki Healing Attunements can be sent also. They can address a particular issue that needs healing – physical, spiritual, emotional – with a powerful and gentle attunement which clears the chakras. Working with affirmations along with the Healing Attunement is a way of creating intentional change. Often clients request a Healing Attunement followed by a series of Reiki treatments, all sent by distance.

DISTANCE REIKI BOOST AFTER YOUR INTUITIVE READING

If you receive an Intuitive Reading and are contemplating significant change, you can boost the process with distance Reiki sent to you daily for 21 days - the length of time it takes to change a habit. This Reiki Boost can help you stay clear and intentional, serving as the "slow-release delivery system" for the integration of your healing on an energetic level.
